Gatvio is an early-stage software service currently operated by Hardeep Bhatoa (“Gatvio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through gatvio.com and early-access or pilot discussions.

If you submit the pilot form or contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, company or team information you choose to provide, and the workflow or action you describe. We may also receive ordinary technical information generated when you access the website, such as IP address, browser information and request logs from our hosting provider.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and manage pilot requests, provide requested information, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and improve Gatvio. We do not sell personal information.

Do not submit sensitive data through this website

Please do not put passwords, API keys, authentication secrets, financial account details, health information, government identifiers, client production payloads or other sensitive data into the public pilot form. Pilot data requirements should be discussed separately before any integration.

We may update this notice as Gatvio, our infrastructure or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when we make material revisions.
