Website & Early-Access Terms

Effective: 22 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of gatvio.com and any evaluation, demonstration or early-access interaction that does not have a separate written agreement. Gatvio is currently operated by Hardeep Bhatoa.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Gatvio, contact us and request a pilot. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.

Early access and pilots

A pilot request does not create a binding customer relationship. Any production pilot, paid engagement, service level, data-processing requirement, implementation scope, pricing or support commitment must be agreed separately in writing before it applies.

No sensitive information in public forms

Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, authentication secrets, regulated personal data, confidential client payloads or other sensitive information through the public website form.

Product status

Gatvio is an evolving product. Website descriptions, examples and representative interfaces may change. Sample workflows and sample data are illustrative and are not promises that a particular integration, configuration or feature will be available for every pilot.

Intellectual property

The Gatvio name, website, product design, software, documentation and original materials are owned by or licensed to Gatvio unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership of Gatvio technology or materials to you.

Your materials

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. You grant us only the limited rights reasonably necessary to review an inquiry, communicate with you, and perform any separately agreed pilot.

Third-party systems

Gatvio may interact with third-party automation tools, APIs, communication platforms and business systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. Gatvio does not control third-party services.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and any free evaluation materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or suitability for a production workflow. Production commitments, if any, must be stated in a separate written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gatvio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website or an unpaid evaluation. Any liability terms for a paid or production pilot should be set out in the separate agreement governing that pilot.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
